Built into your platform

One widget, your data, your access rules.

Native 3DEXPERIENCE widget

Runs in 3DDashboard beside your other widgets.

Cloud and on-premises

Finds the platform services for either. No tenant URLs hard-coded.

Live platform data

Counts come from the platform's search, with a last-refreshed time.

Access you already manage

Users see only what their access allows, in their chosen context.

Read-only on your data

Business objects are never edited. Only saved dashboards are written.

External data where set up

Project dashboards can use a source your admin configures.

Platform release, deployment mode and external sources are confirmed per customer environment.

PulseIQ · Capabilities

What PulseIQ does

Ready-made views, charts you build yourself, drill-down to the records, and dashboards you can save and share.

Ready to use

Default dashboards

Ready-made views for Engineering data, Change Management, Projects and your own activities.

My Activity

Everything assigned to you, by type, status and time, over a period you choose.

Project monitoring

Follow a project in detail, down to individual tasks, with milestone-based tracking. Find it from a Task, Issue, Phase, Milestone, Risk or Route.

Project Schedule

Tasks, milestones, phases and gates with planned and actual dates. Spot overdue, late-start and upcoming work, as a table or a timeline.

Explore

Filter on what you see

Filter on any information the dashboard shows. Active filters stay in view and clear together.

Drill down to the records

Click a number or a chart element to see what formed it. Detail opens in a side drawer, loads on demand and pages.

Open in the native app

Click a record to open it in its default 3DEXPERIENCE app.

Clear status on every chart

Loading, empty and error states are shown, with a last-refreshed time and a refresh control.

Build your own

Charts from any attribute

Chart standard or custom attributes of an object type. A chart type suited to the data is chosen, and you can change it.

Custom Query builder

Build a dashboard from search criteria: type, keyword, state, policy, owner, dates, collaborative space and more.

Layouts that fit the task

Set the number of columns, show or hide KPI cards and the filter bar, or go compact. Move, hide and restore charts.

External data source

Choose platform or external data when you open a project dashboard, where an external source is configured.

Save, share & govern

Save dashboards

Keep a named dashboard as a 3DEXPERIENCE Document in the collaborative space you pick. Open, rename, copy or delete it.

Find it again

One list with All, Owned by me and Shared with me, plus search and sorting.

Share with named people

Give each person an access level, from view to manage, through platform sharing.

Safe shared use

A shared dashboard opens read-only. If someone changed it first, you save a copy rather than overwrite.

Access-aware data

A shared dashboard never shows data the viewer is not entitled to see.

Sharing options and external data sources depend on how your administrator configures the deployment.

One widget

Every capability on this page runs in the same 3DEXPERIENCE widget, on cloud or on-premises, inside each user's own access.
